Concrete Pumping

High-volume, precise concrete placement for any structure — no matter how complex or hard to reach.

Efficient Concrete Placement

Concrete pumping moves concrete from a mixer truck to exactly where it's needed, quickly and efficiently, via a system of high-pressure pipes. It eliminates the slow, labour-intensive chute and barrow approach, dramatically improving pour speed and accuracy.

Projex Flow Systems operates modern boom pumps and line pumps, enabling us to handle projects of all scales — from domestic extensions to large commercial slabs and high-rise cores.

  • Boom pumps for large-footprint or elevated pours
  • Line pumps for restricted access and smaller pours
  • Rapid mobilisation across the UK
  • Experienced pump operators with CPCS certification
  • Works alongside any concrete supplier and mix design
  • Full risk assessments and method statements provided

Pump Types & Applications

Boom Pumps

Truck-mounted boom pumps provide long horizontal and vertical reach, making them ideal for large ground-floor slabs, elevated structures and sites where the delivery lorry cannot get close to the pour location.

  • Reach up to 47 metres
  • Output up to 160 m³/hr
  • Ideal for: foundations, suspended slabs, columns, walls

Line Pumps (Static)

Trailer-mounted static pumps with flexible hose lines for areas with restricted access, internal work or where a smaller, more manoeuvrable solution is required.

  • Suitable for tight urban sites
  • Output up to 60 m³/hr
  • Ideal for: basements, difficult access areas, swimming pools
